Reporters AGAIN Herded Away From Biden as Questions Are Asked, Even Kamala Appears Tense
Posted at 4:00 pm on August 14, 2020 by Sister Toldjah

    ——

Apparently there was a “signing ceremony” of sorts earlier today where presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden appeared alongside his vice presidential running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) so they could sign documents “related to accepting the party’s nomination at next week’s Democratic National Convention.”

According to the New York Post, the event was “tightly controlled” and lasted for a whopping total of two minutes.

As it turns out, calling it “tightly controlled” was a bit of an understatement.

After the staged event was over, you can see from the video below that – as they did yesterday – Biden’s handlers quickly moved to shoo reporters out of the room as they tried to ask questions of both Biden and Harris. Judging by the clip, it looks as though the journalists in attendance were all but literally shoved closely together behind some sort of curtain as the event concluded.

Watch closely, especially right at the beginning and towards the end of the video. Harris, in my opinion, looks tense and has a smile plastered to her face as though she’s gritting her teeth and wants to say something but can’t. Biden appears to still be signing his documents as the reporters are being shuffled away. As all this is happening, you can hear one of Biden’s handlers repeatedly saying “Come on guys, let’s go” as though she’s talking to schoolchildren. It’s a very odd, awkward several seconds:

I should note that Farnaso claims this is the third time this has happened this week, but I’m only aware of two instances – Thursday’s and today’s.

As I noted this morning, because the media “built this” over the last few months by running interference for and allowing Biden and his campaign to get by with limiting the candidate’s time with reporters under the guise of “being safe in the midst of the pandemic”, I’m not inclined to have too much sympathy for their plight in light of the fact that the Biden campaign is clearly treating having to answer questions as an optional thing at a critical point in his candidacy.

It does, however, further prove the point that a lot of Republicans including President Trump have made about how the Biden campaign has used the pandemic as an excuse to keep him confined to the basement so they can better control the message since he tends to blurt out very embarrassing things rather quickly when allowed to speak.

The longer this goes on, the more frustrated the media are going to get and the more it will lend credence to the claims made by the Trump campaign and others that the Biden campaign is trying to hide something.

Tensions linger between Biden and Obama camps throughout 2020 primary campaign: report
“Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f--k things up,” one Democrat who spoke to the former president recalled him saying
By Morgan Phillips | Fox News

Despite the best-friend bond Joe Biden touts with former President Obama, tensions have lingered between the two statesmen over their vastly different governing styles, according to a Politico report.

To start, a number of anonymously sourced quotes from Obama leaked out throughout the 2020 Biden campaign where the former president allegedly expressed doubts about his former running mates’ fitness for office.

“Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f--k things up,” one Democrat who spoke to the former president recalled him saying.

When lamenting his own diminishing relationship with the current Democratic electorate, particularly in Iowa, Obama reportedly told one 2020 candidate: “And you know who really doesn’t have it? Joe Biden.”

Some Biden aides pointed out that, when Obama’s endorsement of Biden in 2020 finally did arrive, it didn’t have nearly the energy of his endorsement of Hillary Clinton in 2016.

“I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office,” Obama said of Clinton in 2016 in an endorsement video. “I believe Joe has all of the qualities we need in a president right now … and I know he will surround himself with good people,” Obama said in Biden’s endorsement video.

And while some senior Democrats credited Biden’s ties to Obama for his strong relationship with Black voters, Biden has emphasized that he earned their votes all on his own. He told aides after his South Carolina primary win Obama hadn’t “lifted a finger” to help him.

Going back to 2016 when Obama glossed over Biden for Clinton when he expressed interest in a presidential run, Obama aides tried to frame the president’s snub as an act of compassion: Biden-- grieving the loss of his son Beau in 2015 -- would not be mentally equipped to handle a campaign.

“But numerous administration veterans, including loyalists to both Obama and Biden, remember it differently: Obama had begun embracing Clinton as a possible successor years before Biden lost his son, while the vice president was laying the groundwork for his own campaign,” the Politico report read.

Obama “had been subtly weighing in against,” Biden himself recalled in Promise Me, Dad, his 2017 book.

“I also believe he had concluded that Hillary Clinton was almost certain to be the nominee, which was good by him,” Biden wrote.

But many credit their differences in leadership style for any perceived tension. Biden loyalists and some Republicans found the formal, scholarly statesman Obama had a hard time connecting with those in Congress.

“Negotiating with President Obama was all about the fact that he felt that he knew the world better than you,” said Eric Cantor, the Republican House majority leader from 2011 to 2014. “And he felt that he thought about it so much, that he figured it all out, and no matter what conclusion you had come to with the same set of facts, his way was right.” Biden, he said, understood that “you’re gonna have to agree to disagree about some things.”

A former Republican leadership described Obama’s style as “mansplaining, basically.”

Meanwhile, Obama’s camp reportedly rolled their eyes at the plainspoken, gaffe-prone Biden.

“You could certainly see technocratic eye-rolling at times,” said Jen Psaki, the former White House communications director.

White House aides reportedly mocked Biden’s frequent slipups and lack of discipline next to “almost clerical” Obama.

They would sneer at how Biden, “like an elderly uncle at Thanksgiving,” would launch into anecdotes everyone in the room had heard before.

We progressive/liberal/Democrats are perfectly happy with Biden just staying in his basement until November 4th. So far the Biden/Harris campaign is going great raking in big money and increasing his lead on Trump both nationally and in the battleground states.

And adding Harris was a stroke of genius because they really compliment each other and Harris appeals to a much wider range of voters. Harris has energized Indian and Jamaican voters in Florida which will help cement Biden's lead there. And all Trump's and the right's attacks on her are backfiring and blowing up in their faces. Joe can just put his feet up and relax because now he has "Kamala Harris, for the people" to prosecute the case against Trump and the Republicans.

Which right now at least is simple because its come down to one single issue. Trump killing Americans with his lack of response to COVID 19 and his constant and deadly lies. Getting control of the virus is the only thing that matters and Biden/Harris have a comprehensive plan for doing that while Trump doesn't have a clue and just keeps making it worse and worse.

Its also a good strategy for Biden to just hang out in his basement while Trump drives voters to him. Including what used to be his most loyal supporters which are older white Americans. But nothing like sabotaging mail delivery of their medicines and supplies and telling them he's going to defund Social Security and Medicare to get Seniors to vote for Biden/Harris.

Michelle Obama is not there to bring down the house tonight. She showing how the house has been burning for the past three years. This one is not happy talk. This is its time to get serious times. And she is not trying to hide her contempt, adjust, and revulsion of Trump.

She is also not trying to hide being an angry black woman. It is what it is.

Joe Biden Forgets How Many Grandchildren He Has…Again

You know what people who are totally healthy and have full control of their mental faculties don’t do? They don’t repeatedly forget how many grandchildren they have. Joe Biden did just that yet again in his recent “interview” with Cardi B. Yes, he accepted an interview with someone who sings about the secretions of her nether regions while refusing to talk to Chris Wallace or Johnathan Swan. It’s almost like he’s just avoiding accountability at all costs, right?

    Anyway, here’s the cringe-worthy clip.
    https://twitter.com/i/status/1295402812063518720

As I noted above, this has happened before. In April, the former VP not only forgot how many grandchildren he had, he also forgot what genders they are (see Joe Biden Forgets How Many Grandchildren He Has and Their Genders).

As I said when he previously did this, there are two possible explanations here. Either Biden is so far gone mentally that he legitimately can not remember his own grandchildren when asked about them, or he’s playing some game where he doesn’t want to openly claim his son Hunter’s child with a stripper from Arkansas. The latter would be a pretty horrific thing to do, so I tend to think it’s the former. When someone is in the early stages of dementia, as Biden appears to be in, forgetting certain family members and mixing up numbers is a pretty common thing.

Trump has grandchildren. He’s never once forgotten how many he has when asked about it, nor is seven such a large number that Biden could not be reasonably expected to know off hand that information. If he had 22 grandchildren or some similarly high amount, then maybe you cut him some slack, but seven? And it’s not like he’s only off by one here. He’s off by two. I mean, come on.

This is not normal and we shouldn’t treat it as normal. This is a guy who wants to be President of the United States and he can’t even remember all of his grandchildren, much less be sharp enough to take on China or God forbid sit down for an interview with a real journalist.

Trump-Hater Two-Step: Libs Change Tune After Reporter Reads Racist ‘Trump’ Quotes, Then Reveals They’re Biden’s
Posted at 1:30 pm on August 17, 2020 by Mike Miller

As a conservative political junkie, I’ve long been fond of the tried-and-true statement, “The hypocrisy of the Left knows no bounds.”

With that truism in mind, Daily Caller News Foundation’s Matt Miller had a brilliant idea: what would happen if he wandered around a D.C. park and read racist Joe Biden quotes to liberals, but attributed the quotes to Donald Trump? Then what would happen when he revealed the quotes were actually from Biden?

Answer: Exactly what one (conservative) might imagine would happen:

    The Trump-Hater Two-Step. Bigly.

So off to the Meridian Square Park Miller went.

“I asked people what they thought about racist Trump quotes. But when I told them they were all actually Biden quotes they changed their tune. Is there anything Biden could say or do that would lose these peoples’ vote?”

I got this. No, Matt, there’s nothing Biden could say or do that would lose the votes of these people — along with tens of millions of other Trump haters across America.

Anyway, as Miller approached random people, he introduced himself by saying, “We’re reading racist Donald Trump quotes; we’re trying to get people’s reaction,” to which one young lady immediately replied “Oh no,” and laughed, apparently fully “aware” of Trump’s “racism.”

Miller then read a “Trump quote.”

“Unless we do something about this, my children are gonna grow up in a jungle; the jungle being a racial jungle, with tensions having built up so high that it’s going to explode at some point.”

    The young lady responded:

“I mean that’s kind of what’s happening now, right, because we’re trying to address the root issues of the racial tension, yet he doesn’t want to support it, so I don’t really know what he’s suggesting by that tweet.”

Next up, Miller read the following Biden quote to another unknowing dupe, again attributing it to Trump:

“Poor kids are just as bright as white kids.”

    The predictable response:

“I think that’s a poor assumption that wealthier kids are white, and he’s an idiot.”

Next up from Miller, another quote.

“So speaking about President Obama, he said, “Obama is the first mainstream African-American who is articulate, bright, and clean.”

    And again, a predictable response:

“It’s so racist, and ignorant in every way.”

And setting the table with “So do you think that somebody with these kinds of attitudes, that says this kind of stuff should be a leader? Should be our president?”, “Absolutely not,” came the response, along with additional condemnation of Trump.

    Then the big reveal:

“What if I told you that these were Biden quotes, would that change your point of view? Your reaction?”

After nervous surprised laughter, one foot-in-mouth liberal said:

“Joe Biden is problematic as hell. We all know that he’s not had a great past, and I don’t believe has a great presence, but he is the option that we need, uh, um, to get out of the hole that we’re in.”

Other surprised reactions were just as asinine.

The sad reality is, these people would vote for a blind, mentally-impaired squirrel looking for an acorn over Donald Trump; their votes will be not-Trump votes, not Biden votes.

You can view a longer version of the video here.

Biden-Harris ticket will collapse between now and election due to these 3 factors
I expect the Democrats’ Biden-Harris dream will quickly become a nightmare

    By Newt Gingrich | Gingrich360.com

As an observer of conventions and presidential campaigns going back to 1956, I am confident in predicting that this week’s Democratic National Convention will be the high-water mark before the collapse of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris ticket.

As the ticket collapses, it will start to move into the 1972 George McGovern range of isolation from the American people. Ironically, the physical isolation of Biden over the last few months has slowed down the political isolation, which will presently occur.

Three factors will lead to the collapse of the Biden-Harris ticket over the next six weeks.

First, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is clearly incapable of functioning as president. Every time he comes out from hiding in the basement, it is embarrassingly clear that he could not possibly negotiate with Chinese Communist Party General Secretary Xi Jinping or Russian President Vladimir Putin to any positive effect.

He is performing weaker and weaker with each passing week. Even when his campaign can control every aspect of his events or appearances, there is something pathetic about Biden’s inability to project strength or articulate any firm ideas.

I received an email from the Biden-Harris headquarters which showed a gif of Biden and Harris coming out of a doorway. Both were looking down or away and not interacting with anyone (including each other). The email asked, “Have you ever seen two people who look this ready to lead on Day 1?” I was flummoxed. They didn’t look ready to do anything.

The question was a parody of their problem, and the image was embarrassing. I was astounded because the material had been made by the Biden campaign which had total control of the product. Biden does not look like he is ready to lead. He is looking down like he wants to make sure he doesn’t fall down.

Chris Wallace captured the absurdity of a presidential candidate trying to hide his way to the White House with a “basement strategy,” when he told Guy Benson, “It’s the damnedest thing I’ve ever seen.”

Americans are picking up on the implications of Biden’s hiding. In one survey by Rasmussen Reports, 38% of American voters said they thought the former vice president was in cognitive decline (of course, most of those were Trump supporters).

And, in a more recent report, Rasmussen Reports said 59% of likely voters believe Biden’s vice-presidential choice will become president during the next four years. That included 49% of Democrats, 57% of independents, and 73% of Republicans.

When nearly six out of every ten Americans think you are not likely to finish a four-year term, it is hardly an endorsement of your fitness. The more Biden has to campaign and actually appear in uncontrolled environments, the bigger this problem will become.

Of course, if even half your party and nearly six out of ten independents think the vice-presidential nominee will become president, there is even greater pressure on. Harris to be a strong candidate. We already know that she isn’t.

The real danger to the Democrats is the item-by-item alienation of different groups of Americans based on adopting positions that please radicals but are deeply opposed by most Americans.

This leads to the second factor: Harris will prove to be the most disastrous vice presidential nominee since Sen. Tom Eagleton, D-Mo., had to resign from the McGovern ticket when it turned out he had been subjected to shock therapy treatments for mental issues (I am not criticizing mental illness or its treatment, but in 1972, Americans simply did not want to think of a potential president having mental illness).

As a presidential candidate, Harris had wavered between embracing the most radical positions and then opportunistically changing to more moderate positions when she got blowback. She was as unreliable in her policy positions as she was in her attacks on Biden. She aggressively attacked Biden on four different occasions and has since repudiated her own words. If Biden is exhausted and hiding in a basement, his running mate is energetically bouncing all over the place with no consistency or reliability.

During the primary, Harris was at 15% support in July 2019. She then dropped as low as 3.5% support by November 2019, according to Real Clear Politics. Even in her home state of California, she had dropped to fourth behind Biden, Warren and Sanders – and was only attracting 8% support from her own constituents before she dropped out. In fact, 61% of Californians thought she ought to drop out of the presidential race, according to a poll by the Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies for the Los Angeles Times.

The Democrats (and propaganda media) believe that she will be powerful in attracting the African American vote. This is undermined by the objective reality that in November 2019, after months of campaigning, a Quinnipiac University poll showed Harris was fourth in attracting Black voters. Biden had 44%, Sanders had 10%, Warren had 8%, and Harris was down to 6% of the Black vote. When Biden was drawing nearly eight Black votes for every vote Harris was getting, so why would the Democrats think adding her to the ticket was a smart idea.

Finally, as the depth of radicalism of the Biden-Harris platform and the Chuck Schumer-Nancy Pelosi legislative agenda become clear to the American people, they will be increasingly alienated from the new radical Democratic Party and its candidates. The increasing radicalism is already beginning to sink in.

Importantly, the real danger to the Democratic ticket is not the general allegation that Biden-Harris is a radical ticket. The real danger to the Democrats is the item-by-item alienation of different groups of Americans based on adopting positions that please radicals but are deeply opposed by most Americans.

The real change in public opinion will begin shortly after the Democratic National Convention as the Trump campaign and its allies (including virtually all Republican candidates) point out these specific threats to specific groups.

    Consider these threats:

    1. The Biden-Harris commitment to renew the Obama effort to destroy suburban neighborhoods is a direct threat to the peace of mind for two-thirds of the American people – including a large number of African American and Latino suburbanites.

    2. Biden-Harris' support of using taxpayer money to pay for abortions through the ninth month of pregnancy is opposed even by many pro-choice Americans (and is a break with Biden’s entire career of supporting the Hyde Amendment, which bars taxpayer money from paying for abortions).

    3. The commitment in HR 6800, which 207 House Democrats supported and Biden endorsed, to pay coronavirus relief payments to some people in the country illegally is deeply unpopular.

    4. Biden’s commitment to Beto O’Rourke that he could pursue gun control (recall, O’Rourke wants compulsory confiscation going door-to-door) will alienate virtually all Second Amendment supporters.

    5. The Democratic mayors and district attorneys (many elected with George Soros’ money) represent a pro-criminal future that is exploding into violence. As Democrats continue to publicly praise soft on crime prosecutors and cry “defund the police,” the choice in November will become pro-police vs. pro-criminal, and there is a huge majority against violence.

    6. The teachers’ unions own the Democratic Party, and their blackmail approach to reopening schools is isolating them from Americans. Remember: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis earned 18 percent of Black female votes against a Black Democratic opponent on the issue of school choice.

The list goes on, but these first six radical, alienating ideas give you some notion of how rapidly the support for Biden and Harris may fade.

The propaganda media has done (and will likely continue to do) all it can to protect Biden in the basement. He has quietly slipped further and further to the left under their protective non-coverage.

Now, the Democrats are trapped with a presidential candidate who 38% of the country thinks has cognitive issues and 59% believe will not be able to finish his first term in office. Meanwhile, his replacement is proven incompetent as a campaigner and a textbook opportunist on core issues.

I expect the Democrats’ Biden-Harris dream will quickly become a nightmare. As I wrote in my latest book "Trump and the American Future" we are about to watch a repeat of McGovern in 1972.

Old Dim Joe did that interview with Rapper Cardi B - remember that? It was obvious he had no idea who she was, and his handlers must have thought it was 'cool'.

Cardi B;s lyrics to her current hit WAP (Wet Ass Pussy)

    Whores in this house
There's some whores in this house
There's some whores in this house
There's some whores in this house (Hold up)
I said certified freak, seven days a week
Wet-ass pussy, make that pullout game weak (Ah)

    [Chorus: Cardi B]
    Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, you fuckin' with some wet-ass pussy
Bring a bucket and a mop for this wet-ass pussy
Give me everything you got for this wet-ass pussy

[Verse 1: Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion]
Beat it up, nigga, catch a charge
    Extra large and extra hard
Put this pussy right in your face
Swipe your nose like a credit card
Hop on top, I wanna ride
    I do a kegel while it's inside
Spit in my mouth, look in my eyes
This pussy is wet, come take a dive
Tie me up like I'm surprised
    Let's roleplay, I'll wear a disguise
I want you to park that big Mack truck right in this little garage
Make it cream, make me scream
Out in public, make a scene
    I don't cook, I don't clean
But let me tell you, I got this ring (Ayy, ayy)
    [Verse 2: Megan Thee Stallion]
Gobble me, swallow me, drip down the side of me (Yuh)
Quick, jump out 'fore you let you get inside of me (Yuh)
I tell him where to put it, never tell him where I'm 'bout to be (Huh)
I run down on him 'fore I have a nigga runnin' me (Pow, pow, pow)
Talk your shit, bite your lip (Yuh)
Ask for a car while you ride that dick (While you ride that dick)
You really ain't never gotta fuck him for a thing (Yuh)
He already made his mind up 'fore he came (Ayy, ah)
Now get your boots and your coat for this wet-ass pussy (Ah, ah, ah)
He bought a phone just for pictures of this wet-ass pussy (Click, click, click)
Pay my tuition just to kiss me on this wet-ass pussy (Mwah, mwah, mwah)
Now make it rain if you wanna see some wet-ass pussy (Yuh, yuh)

Hey, I'm all for nasty sex, and we're certainly not prudes here on XNXX, but Biden interviewing with a woman who encourages other women to be whores for money is not exactly a truly feminist stance, now is it?

Aren't we all supposed to think women can have more than that out of life?
Sure, you want to be s ho, go on and be a ho!

But a Presidential candidate granting a RARE interview to someone who espouses this philosophy is not exactly a message of hope for young American girls of any race.

Dem politics have never been more smarmy and cheap than now.

Oh please do enlighten us all - what, exactly, is a truly feminist stance?

How about the part where a woman can be anything she wants to be - without having to fuck for it. Pretty damn disgusting attitude, but then again, you are Subby.

    Almost
    right.

How about a woman being able to choose her own life without dealing with limitations based on her gender, and not having to deal with backlash or shaming as a result of her choices.

So, you know, fuck your judgments. Cardi B runs her own life, her own way, unapologetically.

And right there is the difference between a conservative and a liberal.
A conservative says I can do it myself, just get out of my way.

A liberal says I could do it if I had the same chance as everyone else.

It could be. See how you're making a value judgement about what is and isn't empowering for women while you're a man? That's a non-feminist mindset at work.

Let them all say. Let them all do. Let them all be as they choose to be without making assumptions about what a woman ought to do. Das feminism.

Totally not. I agree with COYOTE, but do you want your daughters to aspire to that.

There is no fucking ass in my hat, dear...

It’s right there, poppet, laid out in blue and white. There for all to see.

While you’re collecting your ass, please gather your puritanical moral judgments as well; they’re making the floor all sticky with hypocrisy.

I did not see this opportunity but I am glad the DNC did. One of the fun and sometimes dramatic points in a convention is the roll call where they go around to all 50 states to get the Delegate count for the nominees. But this time there is no live audience not packed convention hall and Biden/Harris already have the nomination. So I didn't even see how they could do that.

And the way they did was pretty slick. They get delegates to make little Biden commercials while they are nominating him. Its actually kind of fun to see what each state comes up with. And talk about free air time.

    Weak.

Yes, I do agree that if a woman chooses to be a whore, that's her legitimate right. BUT, that is not 'without dealing with limitations based on her gender' AT ALL. That woman who chooses to be a whore may just like whoring, or she may have been denied better opportunities, but it is completely based on gender (I know there are man whores as well, but not in female prostitution numbers).

If you have any daughters, would you want them to choose whoring as their 'empowerment ideal' or would you want them to see better opportunities.

Your argument is empty, as usual.

I do believe I’m the alleged troll in this scenario. ;)

S’ok. Latecomer gets all tongue-tied and flustered when reminded of level-headed common sense ideas. It happens a lot; we’re all used to it.

No problem. I sincerely hope that whatever your lives are like now, they take some kind of turn, wherein you can both realize the glorious life of prostitution, and I hope that your daughters, your sisters and maybe even your mothers can share in this 'triumph of empowerment'!

Doctor, lawyer, Attorney General, Head of state even? Fuck all that: Be a ho! It's all good!

I think US politics needs something to get the country back to sensible governance.

Now would be the ideal time for the resurgence of
    SINA

That could be the saving of whichever party adopted the principal ,
and lead to the election of a person capable of getting the country back on track to being great again.

    Surely anything is worth considering.

In America , SINA could be the difference.

Whenever someone talks about making the country "great again" I'm always captured by the again part. Saying you want the country to be great again really rings to many people as a return to a time when they were disenfranchised or when they couldn't discuss issues central to their rights and well being.

We have two sides based on this divide.
    • Those who see the country as fallen from its former glory as it came to accept its own diverse population.
    • Those who feel it was never truly great for everyone and that it could become truly great for the very first time at some future date.
I myself find the first crowd to be ill-informed, subject to demagoguery, and have a sense of nationalism that borders on a personality disorder. Those wanting to see the country become great are where I place my hopes. We could become better than we've been someday. I'm not overly optimistic but I choose to believe that anyway.
