dev is redoing the underpinnings of the game, as a result not not much content/game progression has changed.
First of all thanks to the author of this game, it has great potential and Hermione model is amazing.

Will the option to change ma's name or presence be added? It just feels weird to think the Harry i know does those things in the game.
It seems like it's been about 7 years since the last release, Hermione probably graduated by now
Personally I'd prefer a generic 'Sir' as well, although I guess that carries the implication of being a teacher which might make the some of the interactions with the other teacher not work the same way. No name in the dialogue at all would work though.
Yes it has been discussed. Dev said he is trying to avoid voice line dialogue that uses proper names for that reason. but it was still under development

Friendship and Romance are capped pretty low in the current public version of the game, and they don't really affect much. It was a test of a concept, which will be much more fleshed out in the upcoming update.
TJ scene is fairly straightforward - follow the red blinking light, it indicates what button should be pushed. Sometimes you might be required to pressed the button a couple of times.

I hate how Hermione always seems to be smiling in these pics. It makes the game feel less like Witch Trainer 2.0 and more like a vanilla gallery of Hermione nsfw pics. The facial expressions are everything.

It's been a while since I played this but, if I recall, she's smiling because she's been corrupted. When you start the game, she is not yet corrupted and doesn't enjoy the lewd interactions. Her facial expressions represent this.
